fantastic lakeside stay!!!

cosy room modern shower

the room 2 was cosy and big enough. i appreciated the modern shower room with hand, body wash, and shampoo. the bed was very comfy and the pillows were supportive. blackout curtains ensured a dark room, though light came through the sides when the sun rose.

i could hear people laughing, talking during breakfast and chairs being moved. this meant i needed ear plugs to sleep well.

the location is right by the lake, offering fan views. it is also beneficial for kayaking or paddleboarding. the distance to the town is only about a ten minute walk.

staff members are friendly and helpful, providing advice on local walks. joe explained everything clearly on arrival and even sorted out an issue with the room. the breakfast and evening meal in the windermere room were excellent.

friendly staff delicious food easy access scenic views

the staff were always friendly and ready to help. the food was delicious! i especially liked the breakfast choices. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and the scenic views were lovely. I'll definitely come back.

the wifi signal was a little weak in my room, but it was fine in the lobby.

helpful staff cosy bar

the room was large and clean, staff were helpful. breakfast was lovely with good options. the bar was comfortable and cosy, a perfect location.

i arrived before check in, there was nowhere to put my bag. it wasted my first day because i couldn't exactly do a hike with a suitcase.
